Buraq is a travel agency that arranges Umrah, Hajj, and related travel packages, including flights, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, and visa processing assistance. To provide these services, we act as an intermediary between you and third-party suppliers, including airlines, hotels, ground transportation providers, and the Government of Saudi Arabia.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal information:

• Information you provide directly. When you complete our contact form, message us on WhatsApp, email or call us, or book a package, we collect details such as your name, email address, phone number, and the contents of your message or enquiry.
• Booking and traveler information. To arrange a package, we collect information about you and any travelers included in your booking, such as travel dates, package selection, room preferences, and the number of travelers.
• Travel-document and visa information. To arrange travel and process Saudi entry visas, we collect sensitive details including full legal name as shown on the passport, date of birth, nationality, passport number, passport issue and expiry dates, and supporting documentation required by the relevant authorities.
• Payment information. When you pay a deposit or balance, payment is processed by our bank or a third-party payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on this website; we may retain limited transaction records (such as amount, date, and confirmation reference).
• Information collected automatically. When you use our website, our web server and hosting provider automatically record limited technical data in standard server logs, such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring pages, and the dates and times of your visits. We use this information to operate, maintain, and secure the website.
• Information from third parties. If you interact with us through social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or LinkedIn) or messaging services (such as WhatsApp), we may receive information from those platforms in accordance with their own privacy policies and your settings.

• Send marketing or promotional messages where you have not opted out (see Section 10);
• Operate, maintain, secure, and improve our website and services;

• Travel suppliers. With airlines, hotels, ground transportation providers, and other suppliers necessary to fulfill your booking.
• Government and visa authorities. With the Government of Saudi Arabia and relevant ministries and authorities to process entry visas and meet entry requirements.
• Payment processors and financial institutions. To process payments, deposits, and refunds.
• Service providers. With vendors who support our operations, such as website hosting, IT, and communications providers, who are permitted to use the information only to perform services for us.
• Legal and safety. Where required by law, regulation, legal process, or government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Buraq, our clients, or others.
